The Harlem Rockets make it very easy for you to book them for a special event or fundraiser.

First off, they are flexible and offer several payment options depending on the number of players (two, three or the team) and length (45 minutes or an hour). Booking through TBE will not increase your fees. Please call and we will be happy to explain the pricing and rates.

After we’ve gone to contract, the Harlem Rockets will furnish:

• The Harlem Rockets Comedy Basketball team, announcer, PA System, and half-time show when you wish to book the entire team.
• Two to three Harlem Rockets’ world-class athlete/entertainers for smaller events.
• Players for college, corporation, radio, newspaper, TV and other personal appearances on game day. A publicity kit including press releases and photographs.
• The first 800 Advance Admission tickets, if a large venue.
• Custom color posters, custom color invitations, and a promotional video are available for a minimal cost.

A Sponsor’s responsibilities include furnishing:

• Playing facility, opposing “dream” team, timekeeper, scoreboard operator, ticket sellers, gate administrator, and referee, two tables for Harlem Rockets souvenir sales in the lobby/gym entrance, if an event using the entire team.
• Smaller playing space, depending upon event.
• Lodging for the team or players, one (1) to four (4) double nonsmoking rooms.
• If a smaller event, we can discuss cost to you of Harlem Rockets souvenirs should you wish to make them available to your sales team, guests, or audience.

Having experienced the fun and excitement of seeing the Rockets in action, we can assure you a special event featuring the Harlem Rockets provides a happy, wholesome, upbeat event enjoyed by all.
